“Great quality bottles in lovely colours. My daughter loves her new bottle. The reason I've only given 4 stars is I think that the jelly bottom should come as standard and not a paid extra. Also I understand why this is a more expensive bottle but i've bought this in the sale to make it affordable for us.”

“Overall happy with the bottle that we bought. After roughly 1y the bottle holder broke and I was expecting it to be more resistant. After 2.5y the sport cap started to leak so we had to change it. It is good that you can buy the caps separately. In my recent order I paid a bit over £5 for the delivery that was about 1/3 of the total cost of the order. The delivery was very quick but I would have been happier with a slower but cheaper delivery.”

“We love our botl but have a habit of dropping them and breaking the tops so amazing that I can buy replacements the only down side is the replacements aren't always in stock in the right colour (needed 1 black and one white 1 pink one blue this time and it was only the blue I could colour match, hence 4 not 5 stars)”

“I ordered two replacement lids and got sent four which was a surprise, not quite sure how that happened. But my Life Collection bottle has been going strong for years, albeit very scratched. I’m pleased you sell replacement parts so I can carry on using it!”

“I love my little 350 Evolution marshmallow BOTL. So nice to hold and easily refillable and cleanable. I don't find I need the straw - a bit faffy. I wanted a bigger one and ordered an EPIC 750 - but I have to say that I don't like how it feels to carry - a bit fat and cumbersome with the carry hook thing. So i will be going back to Evolution. But I really love the feel and look of the products. Well worth the extra £.”

“I bought some spare caps for our bottles, as our previous straw- caps had developed leaks. The "supergreen" caps are good so far, because they don't have the tiny rubber bungs to get lost/fail. We like the bottles a lot, and fingers crossed for no more leaks.”

“Brilliant idea to save kids from the perils of microplastics but the teets that come with the bottle have an ineffective vent so they collapse and the baby has to suck very hard to get the milk. I think if you position the vent at the top it helps but hard to do this as you can only see where it is from inside the bottle. Maybe could do with a better effective vent in the teet.”

“Quick delivery, and I like the Epic Cafe bottle that I ordered, I also ordered extra things including the infuser/filter which is brilliant for herbal teas, the extra lid I ordered called Epic bottle keep cap does not fit bottle that I ordered so that was a bit disappointing.”

“We've now had three large water bottles for about a month and used them plenty. Their customer service - second to none. I placed the order SUPER close to Christmas and the amazing, friendly and incredibly efficient lady who responded to me reacted like a whippet! My bottles were picked and packed within hours and arrived on time. They are beautiful. We have three 1.2l bottles (Tough Canteen) and the colours are gorgeous. Though massive, they do fit all of our backpacks. They are stable on surfaces and easy to drink out of. They are supplied with the standard lids with silicone straws but I also purchased stainless steel caps and we use those. I prefer my water mildly cold to room temp and the bottle keeps it drinkable for over 24 hours. However, one of my children likes the water cold and has said that it gets too warm to drink within a few hours. They also seem to have a very thin wall so washing them in hot water burns your hand from the outside. Equally, filling them with very cold water will keep all your adjacent items cold too. ;) TL;DR Beautiful, stable and large but will not keep your water cold for long. Customer service AMAZING.”
