“10 days after placing order i have yet to receive it. No way of tracking it since it was handed to Royal Mail - no updates on the RM site.”

“This is our second lot of bottles, only replaced because one got lost. The other is still going strong after daily primary school-child use for the last 6 years including being regularly dropped etc!”

“Everyone in the family had one of these, now the toddler got her own and loves it. These are not perfect and we have had to replace the plastic drinking parts a couple times over the years but overall we’re happy with these bottles.”

“I have recently purchased a second bottle. Unfortunately the new one leaks, I have sent an email and haven’t yet received an email back. I have also purchased another one for my mum,before releasing it leaks. Although I used this at the beach and it kept the ice intact for up to 8 hours.”

“I ordered a stainless bottle for my baby, with my first I used glass bottles and that was a huge mistake. The stainless bottle set is not only adaptable with it's screw lid and sippy cup adapters, but it is small and light enough to be perfect for a small baby. This product has been designed perfectly, and the packaging is beautiful!! Delivery was super fast. All round, very obviously a female owned company with functionality and a feeling of special quality at the forefront. Will 100% shop here again.”

“I love everything about the bottles and the company. I got my partner a bottle for her birthday and after seeing hers and using it I bought the 1200ml one for her (so when we camp we she has 2l water storage) and I got a 800ml everyday bottle. I. LOVE. THEM. And will be getting myself a 1200ml one at some point too.”

“Really impressed by my bottles, I ordered one for myself, one for my toddler and a protein shake for my partner. All seem excellent quality, durable and were packaged really nicely. I love the company ethics and ethos and the products were at an excellent price point compared to others on the market. “The best bottles. Ever. Really do keep drinks hot/cold and properly leakproof. Recently bought my 4th and 5th bottles (Nothing wrong with numbers 1-3. I left one in a Starbucks. One was a present. Still have one but wanted a bigger bottle and another present). There was a problem with the straw in one bottle but I contacted OGB and received a replacement straw 2 days later. Excellent, very personal customer service. I would never buy another brand of bottle again.”
