“We first purchased from One Green Bottle over 6 years ago and were so happy with our first bottles (stainless steel, non-insulated) that we bought more, as did everyone in our friend circle – all of which are still in daily use now. Recently we realised we needed some larger bottles for camping and naturally went looking for One Green Bottle, and to our delight, they've only got better. We're now another four bottles richer and they're all perfectly doing their jobs, and I was pleased to find that the lids for the newer style bottles are still compatible with our old bottles, which makes it so much easier when juggling bottle pieces. Tried and true product, definitely recommended.”

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! It means the world to hear that your original bottles are still going strong after more than 6 years. We're delighted you came back to us for your camping adventures, and we're glad the lid compatibility has made life that little bit easier. Thanks for your continued support and recommendations; they truly mean a lot to us 💚 Kind regards, Team One Green Bottle

“This is the best company for drinking bottles. They have been copied, but you can't beat the best on the market. They have brilliant customer service and will always go the extra mile to solve any queries or problems. I have bought extra and replacement items both by post and in person at their sales counter. I have owned their bottles for over 10 or maybe 12 years and bought for all my family . Highly recommended!!”

“My husband has two 800ml tough canteens which have been brilliant, particularly as they fit snugly into a bike bottle cage. As they'd had such a great road test I wanted to get a couple for myself - one 800 and one 500ml so it would fit neatly in my smaller bike's bottle cage. I especially wanted an all stainless steel cap, like my husband's bottles came with, so I was quite disappointed when the 500ml arrived with a plastic inner cap. I was also disappointed to not have the option to reject the plastic top and straw combo, which we now have four of and will never use. I'm doing my best to live sustainably, and try to shop from sustainable websites, so it seems counterintuitive of a website which claims to be sustainable to not let customers only choose they things they actually want rather than the packages put together by the sellers. Because I didn't want to use the plastic top, I then ordered a replacement all-steel top, but the new style seems less well manufactured than the originals, doesn't match the old steel tops and doesn't have the cool botl logo on the top. So, all in all, I'm pleased with the bottles themselves, less so with the tops. I've chosen 'I would not recommend this product' because of the all lid issues mentioned above.”

Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear the bottles have been brilliant for cycling. We're proud to offer a wide range of lid types to suit different needs and preferences. If customers would like to personalise an order, we're always happy to help via phone, email or live chat, and many customers use the notes section at checkout to request changes wherever possible. Due to the carbon emissions of sending the unwanted caps back, we recommend freecycling or recycling them. Our caps can go in the household recycling bin. Please remove the silicone valve and seal before, and check with your local recycling council to see how to recycle locally, as all councils have different requirements. As a B-Corp business, we ensure nothing needs to go into landfill 😊 We really appreciate your feedback and will take your comments on board as we continue to improve our products and service.

“I must like your flasks and bottles, as I think I now have four of them. Maybe six in fact! So good I even enjoy using them at home, not just when I’m out and about.”

“We love our new bottles We’ve had Botl bottles for years and love them There was a defect with one bottle (these things happen) but the customer service to send a replacement super quick and having been fully checked was exceptional. We stocked on a few spare caps as we do break them from time to time Great product and great service”

“The bottles we have bought have been very good. They don’t leak when we are out and about and they keep water nice and cold - even in hot weather like we have had recently.”

“One Green Bottle make fantastic products; we have bought several. When I had a problem with one (my fault not theirs!), the lady on the phone was very helpful and suggested a solution that worked easily. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent bottle and super speedy delivery. Top class!”

“My husband and I both think this is the best type of drinking container we have tried as it keeps the water very cool, ice stays frozen for 12 hours it’s a good design, as it has a straw, to use while driving and is ideal for a bedtime drink because you can’t spill it. We consider it to be a five star product.”

“Having originally been gifted two x 500ml metal bottles (sports cap) for our 2 young children about 5 years ago, I have only just re ordered 2 replacements, and that's only really because one lid got broken, some of the insulated 500ml were on sale and they were looking a bit battered! Aside from the caps being a bit vulnerable when dropped on the floor, they're robust, easy to clean, the spouts save spillages and they're extremely durable with minimal plastic contact with the water. Would definitely buy again in the future.”

“Bought the Sloop bottle carrier and I'm really pleased with it! My Chillys bottle is one of the original styles that doesn't have a strap. Didn't want to buy a new bottle when mine works perfectly, so thought this strap as a way to carry my bottle without a bag. Fits perfectly, lovely colour, feels good quality and solved a problem without the need for buying more water bottles. Really recommend and great to see that they're supporting zero plastic as well.”

“Great bottles, perfect for my son”

“This is my third bottle I've bought now. My husband brings his into the sauna whenever we go and it's been so useful, safe with hikes. It's a great bottle in general, and doesn't feel cumbersome. Would buy them in all the colours if I could.”

“Bought this as a present for my son. It’s perfect for his protein shakes not clumping and it’s not plastic which is perfect for the planet.”
