“Bottle arrived dented in the box and was first seen when opened on Christmas Day. Reached out multiple times to One Green Bottle without a response. Unacceptable customer service. Still no resolution and partner without her Christmas gift.”

“I really want to love these bottles but everyone in the family including adults have issues with the lids. A small tumble and the lids are gone. Not dishwasher safe either even on top rack, caused the lid to go from leakproof to leaking.”

HI there, We have thoroughly tested these to check what they can and cannot go through. They are dishwasher safe on the top drawer, but it should only be a cool wash and depend what detergent you are using. I hope this helps? Thanks

“I absolutely love my bottle it keeps the water so nice and cold for hours but unfortunately the plastic lids are so prone to cracking with small knocks. I’ve gone through 3 replacement lids now and they are just not durable enough - is there a mon-plastic or stronger alternative?!”

Hi Vanessa sorry to hear this. Our caps are made from bpa/bps free polypropylene. It hasnt got any of the nasty hormone mimicking chemicals that softer plastics have and it the only safe option for plastics. We are working on developing our caps to include bumpers so if they are dropped when full onto hard surfaces they are less likely to break. Please contact us by email admin@onegreenbottle.com with details of the damaged caps so we can add these to our corrective action/quality reports and look at possible replacements or alternatives

“I like the bottles and it arrived very quickly. However customer service is unacceptably bad. My Sloop arrived broken, first spoke to Allie via chat, useless, he couldn’t have been any less helpful. I then emailed, it’s been a few days now and no reply. This was the second Sloop which arrived broken, would not recommend them. The packaging of the products is also not secure, I ordered replacement straws, their box came apart and they were all over the delivery bag.”

“Make sure to buy a better lid for your bottle. My plastic lid broke within 6 months so I had to fork out 10 pound including delivery just for a new reinforced metal one.”

Hi there, I'm afraid we do not cover accidental damage. We try to ensure additional costs are not passed onto our customers. Our caps are BPS/BPA free so can be a little more brittle than harsh chemical leaching plastics. Plus ours are recyclable. Thanks

“Chic and classic. Beautiful and amazingly useful to keep yourself hydrated. I was able to inspire and encourage several of my friends to drink adequate fluids just by getting them intrigued by the versatile Epic 2 L flasks. “Bought the 800ml tough canteen bottle for my husband who does a lot of running. A good size and the quench cap is great for when you’re on the go. Delivery was fast and the bottle is excellent quality. Would definitely recommend.”
