“Due to maxi Cosi bringing out a new version of the seat we required with a nearly identical name we ordered the wrong model but the team in the shop were brilliant in ensuring we got the correct seat”

“Very wuick delivery and very quick resolution of a priblem related to damaged goods. However the baby gate was to go on a partition wall and was so powerful it has loosened the board of the wall so cant use it !”

“Great prompt delivery but the product description was wrong so I ordered the wrong car seat. Have been able to return it though so as long as a refund is processed I will be happy although the return is at my expense”

As mentioned previously, the product description is correct in terms of compatibility — the Maxi-Cosi Pearl 360 Slide Pro Car Seat is only compatible with the Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Slide Pro ISOFIX Base (BSR16380BAS), and not the Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix 360 Pro ISOFIX Base with SlideTech (BSR14856). We do appreciate, however, that the similarities in product names across the range can make this confusing when choosing the right setup. We’re glad to hear that you’ve been able to return the item. Once it has been received back with us and checked over, your refund will be processed in line with our returns policy. “Fantastic experience with OliversBabyCare. I am not sure what happened at the time of ordering but my orders were processing when they said they weren't meaning I ended up with 3 orders having only wanted one. Emma was fantastic and managed to get the whole situation rectified and I am just waiting on the return of my funds which should be this week. Great delivery and very quick as well. Will happily use them again.”

“The process of purchasing our car seat was simple and starightforward. After that things went downhill when it came to it being delivered by DPD. It didn't arrive on time and was left in a totally unsuitable place at the top of our driveway beside a road. (I had asked for it to be left on our back deck.) Where it was left can't be seen from our house. I have contacted them regarding this and they haven't even bothered to reply. I wouldn't hesitate to order items from you again but NOT if DPD is the carrier. Sandra Cannon.”

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been for the parcel not to arrive within the expected time and to be left in a location that wasn’t suitable, especially when you had provided clear instructions for where it should be placed. That’s certainly not the level of service we want for our customers. While the courier handles the final delivery, we always want to know when something hasn’t gone as it should.
