The product i bought said delivery in 3-4 weeks which i thought was long but i really wanted the product. I rang at the 4 wk mark and asked when is it coming to which they said it was forward order (this was not specified on the product) and i should have been contacted re delivery (which i wasn't). Later on they updated the product page to forward order. Overall i waited over 2 months+ for the product, if they had the correct delivery times at time of purchase i wouldn't have bothered. Product was fine and service was fine when i reached out, but wouldn't trust delivery times on their website.

One of the items I chose was a pre order. After waiting 3 days for my delivery I contacted the company to see where my other item was and was informed they were waiting for the pre order to arrive. Once I asked for the items to be delivered separately the staff were very quick to sort this out for me.

Product arrived with a broken part, managed to glue it back together.

Only issue - Paid almost £8 next day delivery on a Friday and didn’t receive until the following Tuesday.

The experience of ordering was satisfactory but I was disappointed they used FedEx as a delivery partner instead of DPD which is stated on the website.

The order wasn’t processed until I called but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and dealt with it promptly. Unfortunately the baby gate is not great as the latch keeps getting stuck open

Erected as directions show with the tags in place, however, a big "Clunk" noise each time gate is opened. A little disappointed but too much hassle to ask for a return.

I can't properly review these as they did not arrive with the baby gate unfortunately and I completely forgot to message as soon as it was delivered to let you know they didn't arrive.

Still awaiting one of my items as only received one and supposed to be getting other sent out today but have received no update re tracking so have waited almost a week to get my full order very disappointed.

Shopping experience was fine, but the product we ordered was just a bare box with a shipping label on it, no protective packaging at all. The end was battered and hanging open, it had already been taped up, so it either left in that state or was repaired in its journey.

Before placing the order we phoned and it was agreed you would delay the dispatch of the products as next day delivery was inconvenient for us. Somewhere between you and the couriers that completely failed and two deliveries were attempted to an empty house the next working day. Thankfully one was really good, phoned me and agreed to wait 15 mins while I dashed to my son's house to accept the delivery. We then had to store the products at an inconvenience as we were still decorating. The 2nd courier just left a 'failed delivery' note. We would have happily delayed ordering but you advised you could not guarantee the price would stay the same.

I can't really give you a comprehensive feedback as yet. The items are intended to cover plugs which are next to a Resident's bed in a Nursing Home . They have not as yet been fitted so I cannot give you relative feedback.

The retractable stair gate is great can't fault!But the main issue is that I paid for next day delivery and received 5 days later which was normal delivery time!!I have received an email from my enquiry saying you received order to late for next day delivery, which I understand but please don't take money for express delivery if you can't do!!!!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Upon looking into your order we can see your order was placed with Next Working Day delivery service. The order was placed 25th August at 18.39pm, past our 3.45pm cut off for Next Working Day deliver; as stated on our website. Your order was therefore dispatched on Friday 26th August. Due to the Bank Holiday, your order was delivered on Tuesday 30th August, the Next Working Day, therefore the delivery service chosen was carried out. The item I ordered is like a dolls pram my daughter is way to big, and the return policy is not very helpful so I’m stuck with a £150 buggy that’s no use to me
