Great service and delivery. The bed guard was quite tricky to assemble and needed a very strong pair of hands to join the bars once the fabric part was one. Easy to use once assembled.

Paid for next day delivery on a Thursday, the site states next day delivery on all weekday orders, I received the item on the following Monday, was really dissipated with the delivery time

Hi. We have the sensor Mat a few days now and it appears to be working well. When we test it, everything functions as it should. However, after ordering and paying for the unit on your website I was subsequently charged an additional customs fee. I'm based in Ireland; the unit was order on your UK website; and I was charged a delivery fee reflecting the Irish delivery address when ordering, so I was surprised to be charged additionally - prior to the item being delivered. The bed is sturdy and easy to assemble. Only problem was it arrived in 2 different colours. The supplier doesn't check the colours before sending the cots out. Now dealing with a 2 toned cot 😜

When I received my order and put the safety gate up it was only up 6days before parts starting fall of it

I did not receive the all the parts that comes with the buggy. The Bumper bar is missing and I also did not receive the matching bag. I have friends that bought the same pram and they got a matching bag. However the buggy is actually really good for the price. I am in love with the beige colour and the gold details.

Your product was good, fairly priced and dispatched quickly BUT the delivery company you use lets you down. The delivery slot they give is huge compared to other companies and even then they don’t adhere to it. When it didn’t arrive as scheduled it was impossible to get any information. There are apparently no phone numbers or GPS tracking systems for their drivers. They really are useless and there are plenty of far superior ones. Although the product wasn’t damaged our parcel had clearly not been treated with care.

The experience with Oliver’s baby care was smooth to order online. However the delivery company lets it’s down. My chair was delivered whilst we was at work, no delivery note was left to confirm the delivery and the box was just left outside of my house, unfortunately someone tried to steal it but luckily couldn’t lift the box. If they had stole it I would not have known that the chair had even been delivered. The delivery service needs improving and such expensive items should not be allowed to be left outside of someone’s house in plain sight. A note or email should also be given with confirmation of delivery.

I tried to order a snail 3 times it kept giving me an error by the time I did it the 4th time it went through and I forgot to change the colour to mint. I called and emailed to say please could I have the mint colour but the package had been sent out. It was within an hour of sending I got the response to say sorry it had been sent. So although the product is great all in all I probably won’t buy again as it was overall quite frustrating.

Not a great experience. Problem with the website and my order didn’t go through after trying numerous times over 3 days. Phoned and placed order. Paid an extra charge for Saturday delivery and was assured it would arrive. Emails querying were ignored. Delivered late Monday. Disappointing

The product i bought said delivery in 3-4 weeks which i thought was long but i really wanted the product. I rang at the 4 wk mark and asked when is it coming to which they said it was forward order (this was not specified on the product) and i should have been contacted re delivery (which i wasn't). Later on they updated the product page to forward order. Overall i waited over 2 months+ for the product, if they had the correct delivery times at time of purchase i wouldn't have bothered. Product was fine and service was fine when i reached out, but wouldn't trust delivery times on their website.

One of the items I chose was a pre order. After waiting 3 days for my delivery I contacted the company to see where my other item was and was informed they were waiting for the pre order to arrive. Once I asked for the items to be delivered separately the staff were very quick to sort this out for me.
