Ordered for next day delivery but told thats not possible. Then kept ringing all week to find out when i will be receiving the cot to then be told the colour is out of stock. And then had to choose another colour and told i should have it with me by monday but nothing still waiting. Very unprofessional the staff do no know what they are doing unhelpful and unreliable. Will never be ordering from here again.

Placed order with 10 mins emailed saying pls canx I've ordered wrong item. Nothing for 2 days then email saying sorry been dispatched then got returns email and basically I have to pay for the return !

Product arrived quickly, I've emailed them on numerous occasions about a returns label and only emailed once asking why I want to return so told them the reason and still waiting on a response

This seems to be the only way to get hold of you. My item hasn't been delivered and I have tried to contact you for tracking info but heard nothing. Please sort it out asap or give me a refund.

My review has changed as the item is shockingly made. The screw part to attach to pram has already worn away and I have only had the item for 3 weeks, so it no longer will attach to Pram. I have also emailed customer service who have failed to respond. Would not recommend and complete waste of money, and awful customer service

We made a complaint 2nd time using the pram the wheal buckeld we made a complaint but still know reply wouldn't be in a rush to use this company again

We're sorry you've had this issue however, as per the terms and conditions, some payment methods do not allow for delivery to an alternative address to the billing. Unfortunately the payment option you chose, cannot be used for delivery to an alternative address. OliversBabyCare

Not very good . I’ve sent 2 emails now regarding my order as I need to return it as it’s not the right one. And have had no response. It only gives 14 days for refund. Won’t be buying off these again

The package came as though it had been tampered with especially as this was a gift for a loved one which made it even more embarrassing! Not happy at all.

I ordered a cot bed on the 28/1/21 I had a email a few days later saying it’s dispatched. It’s the 10/2/21 I have rang asking them for a tracking number or update on the delivery they keep saying it’s on its way. On the site it said delivery within 10 days so I’m just disappointed with having to ring so many times and not being made aware of any delivery dates. A few days ago they said it’ll arrive Wednesday so I’ve stayed in all day and it’s still not here! I’m a NHS nurse and I cannot afford to take days off when the hospitals are so busy. Shocking behaviour from this company I wish I hadn’t bothered I feel like I’m bothering them ringing so much but why can’t they just be clear? Take your custom else where specially if you’re working out of your home atm.

Absolutely rubbish. So much faff to open it, you need 3 hands, let alone holding a baby too! It’s soooo stiff I can’t actually do it myself and so noisy it’s too loud to use when baby is sleeping - which I L’s what I wanted it for! Very disappointed, should of just got a normal basic stair gate and saved some money!

Ordered a cream baby bottle and they sent me a green one. Amazon sell the same bottles for half the price.
