“Very bad, I didn’t receive my order. One of part was delivery quickly and with right address. The delivery company deliveries in time and direct to my flat. But the second part of Royal Mail didn’t delivery my order. And the “olivers baby care” didn’t help me. The company didn’t receive my order from Royal Mail. They couldn’t cancel my order and made a refund and did nothing that like a pregnant mom I will be happy!”

“All around we had a great experience. I only gave 4 stars because of the limited information in the instruction manual but to be fair that’s the brands fault, not OliversBaby are, however, knowing this they could have added an additional insert to the packaging. Once I alerted OliverBabyCare to this issue there customer service and problem solving was second to none and I would gladly give a full 5 stars if it were simply for customer service. They really went out of their way and provided a tailored solution.”

“Excellent! Purchased a Cybex twin pram, with car seats and isofix. When we visited the shop, we found the assistant to be very helpful, gave us lots of time to look with her and by ourselves, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. So when we needed the isofix bases for our car I didn’t hesitate to contact them and we received the two bases the very next day. Would totally recommend this great baby care center.”
