“The product and the delivery were good. My issue was with the customer service. I ordered in the evening and less than 5 minutes later, I emailed them requesting to change the colour as the recipient of the buggy did not like the colour. I received an email back to say that this was not possible andcthat if i wanted to exchange it, i would have to return the one already sent at my own cost. This provedcto be too expensive and i was stuck with ancunwanted buggy. It would help to allign the operations and customer services activity to better meet customers needs.”

“Reordered from Oliver’s as always has exceptional customer service and competitive prices. We are lucky to live locally to the store and have always found the help in store second to none. Gate ordered for 2nd set at Grandparents house, having already used these gates previously. The design is great, not intrusive, easy to use.”

“The order was processed as soon as I made the payment and dispatch done the following day, I was impressed by the efficiency I was constantly notified of the delivery and a second attempt made by your driver since we were closed on the first day of delivery, really loved the patience and time consciousness.
