“The process of purchasing our car seat was simple and starightforward. After that things went downhill when it came to it being delivered by DPD. It didn't arrive on time and was left in a totally unsuitable place at the top of our driveway beside a road. (I had asked for it to be left on our back deck.) Where it was left can't be seen from our house. I have contacted them regarding this and they haven't even bothered to reply. I wouldn't hesitate to order items from you again but NOT if DPD is the carrier. Sandra Cannon.”

“Delivery was very speedy which was great however the product didn’t work for us. Our baby still caught her fingers in the drawer twice (once between the clip and drawer) and then once when the clip pinged off.”

“Arrived quickly, and instructions were easy to follow. This kitchen tower has been a great addition to our days for our toddler who loves to help with any food prep. Feels sturdy and safe. If I was really nit picking, the tower can be a bit stiff putting up and down- but this would not deter me from purchasing it. Definitely recommend.”

“Easy to use website. The delivery information from the delivery company stated a time of possible delivery. It went over the time stated by about an hour. I found this frustrating as I thought I would be able to go out, and had to wait not knowing when it would be delivered on that day. The gate is ok but it takes a bit of a knack to open and close it, making sure it clicks closed is a must.”

“Amazing experience, I placed an order for a Nanny breathing monitor in the afternoon to my surprise I had a confirmation email within 20 minutes to advise it had been dispatched. I thought it would be around 3-5 days before I received it, to my surprise and shock it arrived the following morning. Well done everyone at Oliver's BabyCare”

“I ordered a wardrobe on 22 January and despite repeatedly chasing (around 15 emails), it was never delivered. I was continually given generic responses saying delivery would be within 5–10 working days, which never happened. I was repeatedly told to contact Obaby regarding delivery, but Obaby then said they could not give me any information as it was confidential between them and OliversBabyCare. This resulted in conflicting information and no clear accountability. At one point I was told the item had been dispatched, then later this appeared not to be the case. There was no clear communication, no accurate updates, and no apology. After weeks of chasing, I was eventually offered a refund instead of the product. This was a very stressful and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend based on the lack of communication and failure to deliver.”

“A bargain, £2.99! A basic well-made product although it is doesn't cut evenly, in contrast to a plastic hand-held hand blender comprising a metal miller which I cannot find in the shops. Delivery is precisely on the day specified. Organic food at its best, and you can decide the quantity/choice of foods to mill. The miller is also cheaper than a noisy electric blender. Olivers BabyCare is the perfect 'one-stop shop' for me, thank you.”
