“I only received the got mattress and not the cot. I have tried to make contact and the phone doesn’t connect. A complete scam! DO NOT USE!”

In many cases, the mattress and cot are dispatched separately — with the mattress coming directly from us and the cot sent from the manufacturer — so they often arrive at different times. We’re genuinely shocked to see our business described as a scam, as this is absolutely not the case. We pride ourselves on honest service and customer care. It’s likely your call was made outside our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm), which is why you couldn’t get through. Please do get in touch with our support team during those hours — we’ll be more than happy to assist and make sure everything is resolved for you.

“Amazing service I ordered lunch time and received my parcel the following day which I thought was brilliant, without paying for next day delivery. I have to admit my baby play pen is wonderful excellent quality but it’s for a puppy not a baby works well”

“Very pleased with our order of the Silver Cross Cove pram bundle. It’s an absolutely beautiful set. The ordering process was simple and when I phoned Oliver’s Baby Care with a query they were more than helpful with information etc… will definitely recommend and will buy from them again. “Excellent service, bought 2 safety gates which fit perfectly, they were well packed ans the delivery was very fast. All round a great company to purchase from, I had previously purchased 2 safety gates for my daughters home and received exactly the same excellent service.”
