“It was a gift for my grandson and his partner. They absolutely loved it. Baby not due till August but nice to be prepared. Delivery as stated. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.”

“The gate was a let down. Has soon has I’d got the gate where I wanted I went to open then close it and the little anchor at the bottom of the gate that’s supposed to hold it in place totally sheared off. So I removed the gate and tried to super glue the broken part in place, left it a good couple of hours then replaced the gate, again it just broke off after gently closing the gate. At this point I picked the broken part up and bind it. Then the top latch started sticking, when you open the gate the pin stays in till you squeeze the latch 2 or 3 times. So there you have it, you get what you pay for. Regards.”

“Amazon experience, the team were super helpful and really went above and beyond. I explained to the staff the issues I had encountered trying to get my baby boy the trike. The team immediately responded informing me they had one trike remaining. They ensured after immediate purchase they would have it shipped out asap. I call and a member of the team has immediately gone to the warehouse and informed to have the item dispatched. The product had arrived the following day. I can not believe how quick the process was and recognized how amazing the team was and how they really went above and beyond to ensure my baby had his trike for his first birthday. Thank you so so much!!”

“Nice piece of kit but the instructions are diabolical tried a you tube video and was a different model the QR code for further instructions didn’t work But once I managed it it’s amazing”

“Started off really well this company bought 2 of these previously to keep my non verbal autistic toddler safe outstanding but of kit so when needed another without hesitation returned however big mistake sent one faulty was told straightaway apologies will send another just get rid of the other one to which we duly did to receive the replacement and yep faulty by broken parts wa told to return and wait for it buyers you have to pay for the return to the sum of 20 quid due to wanting it tracked and the weight of it to which olivers baby refused to sort a refund calling us a liar and saying its not the same one and we have to also bear the cost of return do down to the tube of shy 100.00 I thought these were a great company at the start but to take advantage of a disabled family and also make the customer pay for a return at most if they do pay it will only be to the tune of 4.99 please read the small print and buy with caution we are now in the process of trading standards for selling an item not fit for purpose and also not up to safety for a disabled child Clearpay are also looking into this and investigating So again buyers be cautious of dealing with this company oh another small print is when returning item they want it in original packaging so they can resell it regardless if your returning faulty we do have this in an email i will revise the review once refunded for postage as it cost me £20 with the weight and tracking i appreciate yoy refunded the product due to it being faulty but I still should t pay or stand the cost of return postage for faulty product”

“So bad. I haven't reveied the products that I have paid for. They do not know where they are. Communication has been poor. I have no idea if or when I will receive my order. I would not shop with this company again.”
