“Very wuick delivery and very quick resolution of a priblem related to damaged goods. However the baby gate was to go on a partition wall and was so powerful it has loosened the board of the wall so cant use it !”

“The process of purchasing our car seat was simple and starightforward. After that things went downhill when it came to it being delivered by DPD. It didn't arrive on time and was left in a totally unsuitable place at the top of our driveway beside a road. (I had asked for it to be left on our back deck.) Where it was left can't be seen from our house. I have contacted them regarding this and they haven't even bothered to reply. I wouldn't hesitate to order items from you again but NOT if DPD is the carrier. Sandra Cannon.”

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been for the parcel not to arrive within the expected time and to be left in a location that wasn’t suitable, especially when you had provided clear instructions for where it should be placed. That’s certainly not the level of service we want for our customers. Your feedback about the delivery has been noted and we will pass this on to DPD so they are aware of the issue with the driver on this occasion. While the courier handles the final delivery, we always want to know when something hasn’t gone as it should. “Delivery was very speedy which was great however the product didn’t work for us. Our baby still caught her fingers in the drawer twice (once between the clip and drawer) and then once when the clip pinged off.”

“Easy to use website. The delivery information from the delivery company stated a time of possible delivery. It went over the time stated by about an hour. I found this frustrating as I thought I would be able to go out, and had to wait not knowing when it would be delivered on that day. The gate is ok but it takes a bit of a knack to open and close it, making sure it clicks closed is a must.”

“All around we had a great experience. I only gave 4 stars because of the limited information in the instruction manual but to be fair that’s the brands fault, not OliversBaby are, however, knowing this they could have added an additional insert to the packaging. Once I alerted OliverBabyCare to this issue there customer service and problem solving was second to none and I would gladly give a full 5 stars if it were simply for customer service. They really went out of their way and provided a tailored solution.”
