“All around we had a great experience. I only gave 4 stars because of the limited information in the instruction manual but to be fair that’s the brands fault, not OliversBaby are, however, knowing this they could have added an additional insert to the packaging. Once I alerted OliverBabyCare to this issue there customer service and problem solving was second to none and I would gladly give a full 5 stars if it were simply for customer service. They really went out of their way and provided a tailored solution.”

“Nice piece of kit but the instructions are diabolical tried a you tube video and was a different model the QR code for further instructions didn’t work But once I managed it it’s amazing”

“my shopping experiencewas fab , the ladies on the shop floor was fantastic . Shame it didn't go to the back office , the constant emails from one person about the balance was very distressing after being told that my purchase was ok to be paid of as and when . The emails was at least fortnightly telling me how I had a outstanding balance asking me to pay it off so my product could be sent out as it was in there store .”

“Good quality product. We bought the learning tower and love the scandi look and feel. Folds away easily. Only downside is the instructions to assemble weren’t easy to follow and not very clear.”

“Delivery ok, some box damage, when checked, not affected contents. Feedback review on purchase needs to be shared with third party supplier as this was obvious and should never have passed quality control. Not sure why review asking about returns when decided not to return item.”

“I was looking for a lightweight but sturdy pram for some time and finally came across the Ickle Bubba Aries autofold stroller. Really easy to use and close which is just what you want. The only downside is the faulty wheel due to some magnetic clip where the wheel on the left side kept coming off as you push the stroller which was not ideal. Saying that the customer service team where quick to respond and sort this out for me. Lastly although not an issue for me, the pram states black but actual fact its a dark grey. I would recommend the product nevertheless as it does do what it states.”

“We are very pleased with this stairgate although the first one we received was broken in transit. However Olivers Babycare were incredibly helpful and efficient, replacing the damaged stairgate in super quick time. Would definitely recommend them.”
