“Outstanding - I would not typically write a review but purchase experience with Olivers BabyCare absolutely warrants a shout. I ordered a Saluki Tall & Narrow Safety Gate which is great and solved the challenge that we had perfectly. But it was the very impressive service that I want to highlight. I ordered the Safety gate online and looked forward to it being delivered the following day. But to my dismay I received an email later to confirm that the item had arrived and was ready for collection - in Peterborough which is about a 3 hour drive from my house. I checked the order and I had checked the box to collect rather than deliver- 100% my mistake. I called the customer services to explain the issue anticipating a few discussions with various people on the team and an additional payment for the delivery (which would have absolutely been justified being my fault) - I spoke with a lovely lady named Emma (sorry I didn't collect the surname), she was very understanding, took a few minutes to confirm the delivery address and then confirmed next day delivery had been arranged and it would be with hopefully in the morning. Next day it arrived at my door just before 10am and my brother and I successfully installed the gate in my sons room. This level of customer service is, in my opinion, exceptional and much appreciated - keep doing what you are doing, it really does make a difference and should be applauded. Thank you Emma :)”

“Fits very well in our doorway was hard finding one that worked as the measurements for our door was just short of standard stairgates but this ones been perfect and has stopped our little boy from escaping from his room at bed time making it a lot easier to get him to sleep as hes not able to figure out the buttons to open very happy”

“Arrived promptly. Wanted specifically this type of child socket covers, which are similar to my 30 year old ones bought from Mothercare, but can only find the 3 left. Not expensive. Tried and returned other covers but v difficult for us adults to take out of the sockets. Bought 2 packs to give 1 to pack to 30 year old daughter as she too struggling with other brand types. Will look to buying more from this company and see what else we need as grandson grows.”
