“Very good after speaking with customer service as shop attendant cleared my giftcard balance on a £4 item when I purchased instore but this was resolved and I was able to buy my loveky smiley mosaic!”

“I ordered the pink ceramic pot for my my daughter in law, and you confirmed it was sent. The problem was the pot delivered was a completely different one, so it was not a good experience. ☹️”
