“Website was easy to use and the description of the item was spot-on. The dress was delivered very quickly and I am delighted with it. True to size and quality item. Sale price paid but then everyone likes a bargain.”

“When picking up my online items the york store let me try my items on . And were very helpful as I phoned before collection as I couldn't pick up and they easily gave me longer to come in. Website was easy to use too.”

“Purchased the item online. The O.B website is easy to use and I enjoyed browsing the different products. I collected the orange card holder from the Lincoln store. The staff were friendly and provided a quick service, with a smile. Always feel better after having been in an Oliver Bonas store. The card holder was a gift for my Mum and she loves it. Very happy with my purchase!”
