“The OB website is easy to use and the products are clearly shown, which makes purchasing choices easy. Our Queen Pink Sequinned Neon sign was well packaged and arrived promptly - it was a very well-received gift for a friend. OB is a great place to find unusual gifts - I've always been very pleased with my purchases, either online in or one of the shops.”

“paid extra for express delivery. when parcel did not arrive i contacted oliver bonas website and was told to chase delivery company myself (but reimbursed the extra money). nothing useful from delivery company. package arrived several days late (with limited/incorrect communication). socks in the order were fine but i had to return the boots are they arrived too late. i would strongly recommend that oliver bonas stop using evri as their delivery company - they are notorious rubbish and will stop me ordering again.”
