“The OB website is easy to use and the products are clearly shown, which makes purchasing choices easy. Our Queen Pink Sequinned Neon sign was well packaged and arrived promptly - it was a very well-received gift for a friend. OB is a great place to find unusual gifts - I've always been very pleased with my purchases, either online in or one of the shops.”

“I went to the OB St Mary's Gate store. It was very welcoming and they had a good selection of stock. The person who served me on the till was very friendly too. I wish I lived closer, this store had a greater selection than my local one.”

“Beautiful bracelet and necklace gifted as a friends birthday present. Items were in the sale. Everytime I selected an item, I had to get to the checkout before I was informed it was out of stock. Frustrating and a lot of my time wasted. Perhaps add a filter to have the option of only showing items in stock or have 'Out of Stock' listed next to the item when searching a category.”

“Saw the bag in my local Oliver Bonas store but didn't get it, then regretted it all the way home so ordered it ! I got 10% off and free shipping so I was very happy. Lovely bag, just as nice as in store and lovely quality, shipping was very quick too . Will definitely shop here again.”

“Really pleased with my Oliver Bonas experience - the mirror is everything that I wanted and more - well worth holding out until I found the right one. Part of the hanging bracket was missing but Customer services were excellent in sorting out the problem and sending me the missing part very quickly. All in all a very positive experience.”
