“Terrible! I love your stores, but my online experience puts me off buying, I use an iPad and it keeps crashing and reloading,I can honestly say Oliver Bonas online shopping is not an enjoyable experience. I am surely not the only person who has this problem. As regards to your clothing and items you sell in your stores these are of high quality and uniqueness I love what I have bought from Oliver Bonas, it's an amazing store. I do buy on line but find the experience no fun!”

“Always charming, helpful staff. My closest store is in Kingston’s Bentall centre where there is a hugely wide entrance facing into the shopping centre. When I was ordering this scarf , a young person who was clearly intoxicated and not in control was wandering around the front of the store , talking to themselves and picking things up randomly . It felt like an unpredictable situation . The girl serving me handled it all calmly and gently, asking a colleague quietly to contact security, keeping one eye on the young person but also efficiently getting in with my order. I was really impressed with her presence and focus”

“My package arrived in a huge parcel and could’ve come in a much smaller one to save paper. I loved the jumpsuit, it was beautiful, however it was far too big and baggy for me. The returns process was easy.”

“The staff were brilliant! Very friendly, ordered my beautiful bag for me, as it wasn't available in store. Communication from both the staff at the store and correspondence and updates via email and text, were exceptional.”
