“I love OB stock, stores and staff, but your returns process is unnecessarily onerous. It took 3 trips to finally be able to return my stuff due to policies which cannot be legal requirements because other stores don’t operate them. Easy returns is part of shopping these days, I will avoid buying from OB until this improves.”

“When I saw this jumpsuit online I just had to order it. It was a very easy order process and excellent communication right through until delivery. I ordered a 10 but it was a little too big as their sizing is a little on the generous side. I managed to order a size 8 online for next day delivery as I was going away. It arrived the following day and I just love love love it!”
