It’s my first time ordering from Oliver Bonas, and it might be my last. I purchased a few dresses online, but they were all too big. Only one dress had a smaller size available, so I went to the store to return and exchange it. The staff kindly offered to order the smaller size for me in-store, but did not inform me that this would be treated as a new order with delivery charges. Once I realised, I immediately wrote to customer service to request cancellation, but received no response. Later, I was invited to share my shopping experience; I repeated the issue and again asked for help, but still received no reply. The dress is still too big for me, but I couldn't bother to go through this again. So, I kept it and maybe will just give it to charity shop:(. The brand presentation of Oliver Bonas feels warm and welcoming, yet my shopping experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I was so flipping tee'd off with recent onlne 'click & collect' experience, I've decided to let you know about my disappointing experience. I ordered 2 items (same onine order) for a friends birthday gift. When I got it home and unwrapped it, the green (large) plant pot was smashed to pieces, it had been stuffed into box with no surrroiunding bubble wrap or void filler. I had to make return trip for retund and the attitude of retail assistant was so unbothered and unapologetic for my time wated and disappoinment, it makes me not want to visit OB again. Thanks for nothing!

Sorry to say, I ordered / paid for this dress especially for my holiday. Email confirmation received that it was despatched. Weeks later still I never received it. No explanation when I queried with Oliver Bonas except to take it up with Evri. It seemed to have been lost in transit? I didn't get an answer re. The Mystery Of The Missing Dress. I got a refund & ordering was a complete waste of my time. Now being asjed for a review! Not a happy shopper.

Sadly can’t review it as it got lost by Evri . Was a gift for a friend so a nuisance that it didn’t arrive . Oliver Bonas were quick to deal with the situation once I’d alerted them .

Glasses not available in store so ordered online . Poor quality uneven rims and for £35 would have expected better ..returned and bought some lovely ones from M & S for £12 .

Ordered a gift card online as there are no stores near me on 17th July. I never received this gift card so contacted OB who said this must have been lost so agreed to send out a replacement card. The replacement card was never sent and instead I received an email of a pdf barcode. I said I would want a card as it’s not really a nice gift to receive a piece of paper and advised as it was now a month later and I needed to provide the gift this would have to do. I did not get a response to this and then suddenly received a refund 12 days later so now the pdf I have given to a friend as a gift is no longer valid.

Ordered accessory for a wedding. Paid for next day delivery but didn’t arrive. Arrived 3 days later after my event so of no use. Very disappointing and won’t be shopping with you again.

Beautiful store in Canterbury, not so good service. I purchased a bag, I walked to the till and tried to make pleasant conversations as always to be greeted with nothing. The assistant was having a full on discussion with her colleague, I was handed my bag and waited for her to confirm my payment had gone through, after a while she looked at me, I then asked “ is that everything done “ yes ! She replied. No thank you, no enjoy your day, not a word. It’s a shame as the shop has some beautiful things. Just need to employ people that enjoy their job.

Shopping with Oliver Bonas was easy and enjoyable, and I really liked the look of the Geo Bath Rug online. However, once I started using it, I found it quite impractical. It’s very thin, absorbs too much water, and feels more like a decorative rug than a functional bath mat. It also needs to be hung up to dry after every use. While the design is lovely, I was disappointed with the quality and wouldn’t repurchase or recommend this item.
