The product (a rug) was so scrunched up that I couldn't get it to flatten out and so I returned it - the quality wasn't as expected at all - this was three weeks ago and I still haven't received a refund of £95.

I have previously had no issues however, these are not ready for collection, they were for a birthday present and had to make another purchase. These were ordered 9/01/26, very dissapointed

Very poor. I had a problem with the ring, emailed customer services, and never received a response at all. It was my first experience with OB and I’m unlikely to use again.
