“Oliver Bonas is a lovely store to browse. I’m so glad they’re finally doing waterproof jewellery - I found a necklace online and went to the Windsor store to purchase it. Unfortunately it kept getting tangled up round my neck so I returned it the next day but I will definitely be purchasing more from the collection - just not a triple layer necklace this time!”

“Good. Staff nice and helpful. Product perfect. But I resent the e-mail receipt protocol. Not the fault of your staff in the shop but, tbh, I find it a bit insulting. I've just purchased something from your company but I can't pay for it and receive a receipt, sans cash, unless you get an email address at which to market me more products. It's nothing to do with the environment.”
