“I had initially been into the Morpeth shop and tried this on, but having a £5 birthday voucher, which apparently I couldn’t use in store, I opted to buy it online. The shop assistant said it would be free delivery as it was over £50, which would make the £5 voucher worthwhile. However I was charged £3 for delivery, which meant my £5 off in fact became only £2 off. Not ideal. Shame you can’t use the birthday vouchers in store.”

“I originally spotted the dress in store, they didn’t have my size in stock but offered to order it for me. I was advised that the sizing was generous so I dropped a dress size and the fit was perfect. I bought the dress to attend a summer afternoon tea in a posh hotel - the subtle sparkle on the dress will be perfect.”
