“My experience with Oliver Bonas was fabulous, as I accidentally sent my parcel to my old address (from 5 years ago) in a completely different city!!! I realised as soon as I finished checking out… I used their chat feature to advise me to give them a call. They were super friendly, sorted it all out for me and changed my delivery address! It was super quick (I was on the phone for about 5mins) and easy to fix my mistake rather than trying to cancel or find my parcel!!”
