My review is not positive because the sandals were not my size — they were too small. I returned them three weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. I’ve spoken with customer service, but my issue remains unresolved. I hope you refund my money soon, because right now I’m left without the sandals and without the money I paid for them. The sandals are beautiful, but I’m not sure I want to risk ordering from your website again, as it doesn’t seem reliable.

These were a replacement for some I had lost. But the package apparently got damaged and was returned to Oliver Bonas. I wasn’t notified, and it was only through ringing OB and speaking to a very helpful woman that I got the refund. Poor service from Evri and OB (excepting the woman who sorted it out for me).

The website was fine to use. But I ordered three items that were supposed to match. But the skirt fabric was different to the top and the shorts and also the colours did not match because of this.

Very poor . Not set up for selling and collecting furniture. Wait time to call OB is unacceptably long . Poor communication from them . Lovely brand but the back end is v disappointing

Item was not in stock so sales assistant offered to order and send to home saying if not right can bring back to store for a full refund. When returned to shop invoice had no card details so no refund into card was allowed instead had to accept store card- very disappointed as don’t actually live anyway near the shop was staying a relatives for the week.

I did like the gingham top and have kept that, more for the material than the cut which I have had to alter to fit me. One of my items was out of stock even though still advertised as available on the website - disappointing, and the dress I ordered arrived looking second hand and completely crumpled, not folded or carefully packed, looked like someone else had returned it and they just sent it out again. Not a good look for a new dress costing nearly £200. Not sure I would buy from them again

The staff in store were fantastic and very helpful, but the product was extremely poor. I bought this necklace and the matching earrings for my wedding and the gold on the necklace was faded. I tried buying the necklace again in case it was just a one off faulty item, and it was the same poor quality. I then had to follow up with customer service to even get my refund, and had to provide proof of postage, it was a very disappointing experience and I eventually had to buy my wedding jewellery elsewhere.
