“Absolutely love the clothes and the website. Having to return items in store is highly annoying in a day and age where parcel returns and collections are seamless. To make it worse, I was literally told off for not having a printed receipt despite being able to show my web order and e-mail receipt. In the end, I was happy to accept a voucher as I love the clothes, but what a palaver! Very frustrating and cumbersome way of working!”

“Good experience with website, easy to use to order bamboo laundry basket. Packaging flimsy as it was taped up properly and the box had opened up. Only bit of paper wrapped over top. Not a quick delivery either, two weeks to arrive.”
