“Mixed. Found a dress and ordered it but it was too big. Went to order a smaller size and looked for it in reduced dresses. It wasn’t there. Did a general search to find it and it was still reduced.”

“I honestly didn’t want to leave a low rating. I ordered this rug with great excitement, but unfortunately it never arrived. I was preparing my home for guests and had décor plans, so the delay caused unexpected stress and disappointment. Although the order was eventually refunded, the process involved a lot of messaging, tracking, and follow-up emails, which was quite exhausting. Since I never received the product, I can’t comment on its quality, and sadly this experience has made me hesitant to order again.”

“Good size and colour, but pockets different style to the one on the model. If you then notice the jacket with no model has the actual pocket style received. I would have preferred the style warm by the model. So not ideal but will keep it. So strange! Why would you do that Oliver Bonas!”

“Always been excellent, but they don't now send replacements when an item arrives damaged. Although they were very quick and polite to deal with it, you have to get a refund, reorder the item yourself, and get them to refund the postage for that second order. I had to do this entire thing twice as both my replacements were damaged. In the end I asked for a final refund (which I got with no quibbles) because there was obviously an issue with the quality on the item I was buying (the print was faded, different ways each time - didn't look like the screen image or match the coordinating item I had purchased). Such a shame. It's very rare Oliver Bonas quality isn't good, and on the odd occasion I've had an issue over the years they've always sent a replacement asap. This has really put me off purchasing from them again.”
