“The clasp was broken for one of the items so the lady in store kindly reordered another one but I never received it due to technical issues. When I called customer services was very helpful. But due to technical issues I wasn’t reimbursed for a while. Finally I’ve been credited the amount. The anklet was fine and very happy with it”

“Ordering was easy but the delivery took longer than expected and I had to contact customer service for an update on the order as I had no email updates. I was told it hasn’t arrived in store and was expected a day later, I then received a text a few hours later to say it had arrived.”

“Easy to find what I wanted but super disappointed that after ordering and paying a lot for overseas shipment, one of my items was cancelled due to lack of stock, meaning the website stock amount did not match the actual stock. I was also disappointed I was not given notice and asked whether I still wanted to continue with my purchase or whether I would like a replacement item, to have just two hooks shipped at that price was not good value.”

“Huge struggle with receiving the order, the wait time reduced the value of the purchase as it wasn’t timely and was ordered for an occasion. Eventually received and delivery cost refunded so efforts were made to resolve. Product itself was smaller than thought but lovely.”
