“I ordered this and two weeks later it had not been delivered. Zero communication. When I asked what was going on, I got notification that the order had been cancelled. So, I have no idea what this product was like. Even when I got past the pointless bot response, customer service was abrupt. This is stark contrast to your store staff, who are amazing!”
