“I purchased a Stanley cup, at a sale price and paid for postage via Evri. I was updated with Evri that they had collected the item and that it then arrived at their depot etc., only for it not to arrive. Oliver Bonas couldn’t replace the item, which is what I would have preferred but did offer me a refund.”
