“Customer service was excellent when item was out of stock and I was looking to see if it was coming back. When I was able to purchase, item arrived really quickly and very well packaged. Can't wait to hang it when the room is finished!”

“My experience in both were excellent - although especially so in store (Blackheath). When I came to pick up my dress, I tried it on and found a used tissue and a hair grip (random!) in one of the pockets. I advised the sales assistant and asked if another dress could be ordered. Sadly this was the last one in my size. I requested a reduction to cover the cost of having the dress cleaned before wearing - the manager and sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Top class customer service * Highly recommend both the product and the sales team at Oliver Bonas Blackheath.”
