“I received the wrong item (not the dress but an animal print bomber jacket complete with the paperwork for the jacket). I contacted customer service (who apologised) but advised that the dress - which I have been asked to review - was not available. So I am unable to rate, recommend or review! Although I am now unable to send this unless I rate it!! So one star (when really no stars as no show!)”
