“Sadly these trainers were a different colour to the ones in store and the sure was all “furry” so I returned. I loved the ones I tried on in store but they sold out. I then returned to store and hard trouble returning initially as I had paid on my phone and they wanted the physical card. Eventually, after complaining, the Store Manager was called, and they returned on my phone.”

“Always a great experience shopping in L1 store, Liverpool. Staff are polite and really helpful. Every item I have purchased online or in store has been of high quality and fits well. Home ware I have from OB receives a lot of compliments, very happy customer.”

“Not good on this item I'm sad to say. The blouse was clearly in stock, not even showing as low stock when I ordered and paid for it online. However, the blouse didn't arrive with the rest of my order and I later read an email saying it was out of stock. I checked the website and it had been completely removed so I couldn't even request a notification if it came back in to sock. And to make matters worse, I was informed that I could expect a refund in 3-5 working days. I find that downright rude, to take my money when the item is clearly not available, then hold my money for that long. I ordered the blouse as a VIP early bird customer, the day before the sale went out to the general public, so how come it was showing as having plenty in stock in my size, to being completely sold out in every size within 48 hrs? Something fishy going on here.”

“I visited one of your stores with my mum, we loved how bright and fun it was , I went online which had the same vibe , also the summer sale was on , I wasn't sure on sizes , so I read lots of reviews and sized down , but when I sized down it was too big for me , I bought t-shirts and wanted a more fitted feel, I ended going down from a 10, to a 6, but everyone is different and may like them more roomy , the quality and service is very good, and the summer sale is well worth a look ,”
