“Unfortunately the item arrived broken. I contacted Oliver Bonas straight away and they said a replacement could only be organised once I packaged up the damaged product and sent an email. I did that within 2 days contacted them again and was told the product had sole out and they could not offer a replacement. I’m still waiting on a collection for the original product to be organised as well. A £10 gift card was offered for the hassle but all round a very disappointing experience. No mirror, just a cardboard box sitting on my living room floor.”

“Very good - received refund for dress which was returned as it was too big- very quickly. I would have kept it if the fit was better. However I then ordered 3 diy dresses in a size 8”
