“Sadly these trainers were a different colour to the ones in store and the sure was all “furry” so I returned. I loved the ones I tried on in store but they sold out. I then returned to store and hard trouble returning initially as I had paid on my phone and they wanted the physical card. Eventually, after complaining, the Store Manager was called, and they returned on my phone.”

“I love OB; my local store is now Bath as we moved last year and it's always well stocked and I love browsing and buying there. Online service is always good; my return did take a little while to be sorted though.”
