“Love the earings but lost a star charm on first wearing as not attached to earings so when opened slipped off and couldn't be found. So sad.”

“Ordered a jacket online, didnt like it so asked my husband to come to leamington to return, we had a couple of bits in a shopping bag from other stores, started browsing to find something to exchange maybe, store associate followed us like a hawk, as soon as i oicked up something and passed it to my husband to hold she was there .. i can take that for you, she did this with 3 items, i felt like they were possibly thinking we were SHOPLIFTING!!! Very embarrassing situation. I did exchange the jacket for a dress and paid a little extra.but the experience has put me off ever visiting Leamington again. We are middle aged smart casual dressed law abiding adults so we don't even fit the brief. We are also encouraged to use one shopping bag for multiple purchases from multiple retailers. Very dissatisfied with my experience.”
