“Whilst I do like to see and try on Oliver Bonas clothes in store as the sizing is generally quite big, Have it I know roughly what sizes will fit me, I do often buy online as well. Ordering is very straightforward, and often I'll order my normal size and one or two sizes down with the intention of returning one of them. Generally returns are straight forward although I have found that if I pay using PayPal I can't return to store. In saying that I am concerned that my current return is likely to be a problem as one of the items would not allow me to put in a reason code. Everything appears to have gone through okay, and the item as well as the returns label has been sent back, but I now notice that the confirmation email does not include the item whose code was missing, So I assume they will not refund me for this so I assume they will not refund me for this, ..we shall see. I do love all of their clothes and all of their design though, It's just such a shame that a lot of their chunky cardigans and tops are made of acrylic 😖.”

“Beautiful dress and i so wish i could have kept it. The sizing is big but that wasnt why i had to send it back it was because the forst one i ordered had been preworn by somebody and had a stain under the arm and the eleastic t the back was over strtched causing the pretty gold tread to can come away fromt eh dress so i reordered it and i can see that the gold thread would be a problem in the future as the i reordered it 3 times and all of the dress seem to have a fault with the gold thread at the back. real shame as its beautiful!!”

“Very easy web site to navigate, sale showing some very good buys! Two tee shirts i bought were of very good quality cotton. Motifs clear and finished to high standard. Sizing, baggy style, but fit to size. Corduroy sky blue travel jewellery bag, a real bargain, will make a great gift. Again, good quality. Black daisy friendship bracelet ideal for gift too! Far nicer in real , to pics on site. Generally OB a lovely site to purchase clothes, accessories and home goods. Pricey at times., but treat yourselves!”
