“The new shop in Dundrum was lovely, I was so disappointed to find out the light that I purchased today wasn't in the box when I got home. Now I have to go back to get the light and I'm sure I'll have to prove, somehow that I'm not scamming you!!!!”

“The shop (grrr not store - the Americanisation of everything) in Waterloo station. I handed over 2 small things, both gifts but I didn’t get back the earrings. I remember thinking the area didn’t look very defined and possibly cluttered on the other side of the tall counter. Glad to see on checking the receipt that I wasn’t charged for them either, but it’s annoying not to have them. I got distracted by filling in the email receipt details. It’s also annoying I’ve been asked to submit a review that asks how long the response time was. Well I am only just communicating so that makes no sense. Surveys for every thing seem to come before you’ve had any time for anything.”
