“The item was priced at £30, scanned at £32. I pointed this out and the assistant asked if I was ‘ok with it at £32’, I said no. I believe as a gesture of goodwill it should have been reduced, as it’s not my fault it’s been incorrectly priced. No manager was available and I had to wait around 10 minutes whilst a staff member called the manager. If staff are left without management available I would expect them to be trained to make decisions like this, as it was only £2. It left me feeling very disappointed as this not what I’ve come to expect from Oliver Bonas customer service.”

We’re sorry to hear about the misprice and the wait for a manager. That isn’t the experience we want for our customers. If you’d like us to look into this, please contact our Customer Service Team. Here are the details: https://www.oliverbonas.com/about-us/contact-us Team OB
