“The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. However, there was major issues with delivery where my parcel was delayed twice when it was a birthday present. This made me extremely disappointed with the service and hoped that in the future there would be an option to choose a different courier as Evri are extremely unreliable. Oliver Bonas clearly seems to prioritise low costs over customer experience.”
