“I initially saw this dress advertised as a pre-order and fell in love with it but I didn’t attempt to place the order for another few days. It then showed as out of stock, I was so disappointed but even more so when it disappeared from the website altogether! I contacted Customer Services via chat but my query was answered by an AI agent which wasn’t very helpful. Anyway, I checked everyday and within a week or so, it was back and I was able to place the order.”

“Visited the Reading store today hoping to find a card or 2 for my birthday, but Oliver Bonas's are always a joy to wander and mooch in. The staff were lovely, friendly and chatty without being in your face and it was a pleasure to spend some time (sadly not more money!) in the Reading branch!”
