“Sophie is an absolute star! Just fantastic! I called the Cardiff store to enquire about a 'long shot' product showing out of stock on the website. Lightning fast answer to the call, and a courteous, professional, kind and speedy response to my query. Sophie really listened with patience. When I visited the next day to buy the items, Sophie was the first person I spoke to. She remembered my name, query and even the reason for my purchase. The earrings are perfect, the shop stocks such gorgeous designs. Sophie is an asset to the company and the human race in general. A real people person. Thank you for your kindness and understanding. It was very much appreciated.”

“The cat bulb looks great for our cat lover. We have tested it in the room and if gives off a lovely calm but fairly bright light. Perfect for a desk and reading space. It’s now wrapped up for Christmas. I hadn’t realised it didn’t come with a base so that maybe could have been clearer bug I picked up a fairly inexpensive solid one at a local supermarket.”
