“A very positive experience in store as always, warmly welcomed by staff. Staff were very present, I was directed to where my item would be and was able to efficiently make my purchase, which was beautiful wrapped. Amazing service as always.”

“In Store was fantastic. A really helpful Assistant helped me and my friend getting sizes and placing them in the changing room. Asking how things were and commenting positively.”

“Lovely assistant , friendly and smiley . But sadly the security tag was left on so I have to make . 40 mile roundup to return to have it removed . Such a shame as will be keeping the garment but it has caused anxiety and the wasted time .”

“Good, apart from being pushed towards a gift card refund rather than return to card which I had with me. And having my service interrupted for some reason to serve another customer.”

“Where is my order?! I have had no communication about my order at all Would like to know where it is?”

“Great. Easy to return and purchase in store. Only negative is that shopping online means the carrier used is Evri and they are not reliable at all. Multiple issues including an item never being delivered from Oliver Bonas. Oliver Bonas resolved this and provided a refund which was a quick and easy process.”
