“My first purchase. Well packaged, lovely colour and fabric, sadly sizing is too generous, bought size 8 and would fit more someone size 12. Kept the top regardless, my sister in law could wear it.”

“I bought a beautiful scarf, which wasn’t cheap! Unfortunately the one I presented at the till was not the one I was given. The cashier handed me a folded up scarf, which was wrapped so tightly it was extremely creased.”

“Massive sizing”

“Wanted to love these silver kitten heels. However as good as they looked and the competition being leather I could not walk in them. Absolutely no give, the front of the shoe was so long you’d need to walk up stairs side ways avoiding hitting the toe of the shoes. Sadly returned, I’m not sure why they felt so wrong on my feet but seriously couldn’t walk in them. Gone are the days I’d suffer for fashion so back they went!”

“Placed an order for a birthday present, there was a shipping error which meant the warehouse hadn’t received the order. Customer service resolved this extremely quickly but it had missed the birthday by a week. Disappointed. Also there is no option for gift wrapping at delivery. Big downside considering they retail a lot of gift items.”

“I ordered this pot for my mum for Mother’s Day, and it arrived cracked; I contacted customer service, who were excellent and got a brand new one sent out for me. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time and was also cracked. The customer service team were fantastic they gave me a refund and were so helpful but it was fustrating that both were faulty and I don’t expect this from a shop such as Oliver bonas.”
