Placed an order for a birthday present, there was a shipping error which meant the warehouse hadn’t received the order.
Customer service resolved this extremely quickly but it had missed the birthday by a week. Disappointed.
Also there is no option for gift wrapping at delivery. Big downside considering they retail a lot of gift items.
