“The vase was purchased as a gift well in advance of the recipients birthday. Unfortunately when it as opened on the birthday it was cracked and unusable. Because we had purchased 2 months previously there was no comeback and we had to purchase a 2nd vase which arrived undamaged. The first vase was ordered online and collected from a store. The replacement vase was sent to our home address and arrived within a few days of ordering.”

“Ordering the gift card was simple and straightforward but it took over 9 days to be delivered, I actually thought it had been lost in the post and emailed customer service. I don’t think ordering a gift card should take this long to process and deliver and I certainly wasn’t informed that it would take this long when I ordered it.”
