“Nice dress but I bought it for a wedding and it was too casual so returned it. Sizing was generous too, probably would need a smaller size if I’d kept it”

“Competent company to deal with. Very quick delivery and returns. Only scored a 3 due to the fact the bangle i ordered was so small it looked like a child's bangle. I thought being a man,it was my misunderstanding, but both my wife and daughter agreed .”

“Love this bracelet and am still wearing it a lot, but the end of it turned pink a few days into wearing it - just not sure what happened! The main part of the bracelet is still gold looking but the clasp end just turned pink 😂not aware that anything happened to it (like getting caught up in something!) but maybe it did 🤷‍♀️”

“I had massive problems to start as soon as I went to the basket it started loading again. Ended up with 5 items instead of one. Had problems with out of date vouchers but that was sorted. To be honest the whole transaction was a struggle”

“Overall a great experience browsing and ordering from your website, this was my 2nd mug delivery for my new kitchen but I was left feeling very disappointed after paying for next day delivery as I was going away only for the delivery service to message to say they wouldn’t be delivering that day and would try the day after( the day I was going away) so I had to rearrange to be delivered to the shop so it could be collected later in the week! What a waste of money and my time as I stayed in for it🙄it’s made me think twice about ordering from yourselves again🙄such a shame as I love your products!”

“Ordering online was very straightforward but the items took a very long time to arrive to the store. Pick up from Harrogate store was easy and the staff were very pleasant. 3 stars because of the slow delivery.”
