“The order i received was faulty...the sunglasses hadva scratches on them so I had the inconvenience of sending them back. I then went to a shop out of my way to buy them. Happy now I have a pair of fit for purpose glasses. Thx”

“Normally my experience In store is pleasant however on this occasion it was anything but pleasant! I was looking at a skirt and dress both in the same print, as a I turned round to my mum to show her, a very rude pushy sales assistant grabbed the items out my hand stating “I’ll put these in the fitting room for you” one of the items wasn’t even my size but she didn’t listen quickly walking towards the fitting room.”
