“The first one arrived with a button missing, which was notified with photos to customer services which took a while and some chasing to find out what was happening, got there in the end and a replacement sent next day which was fine.”

“Lovely products but the buying experience was ruined when finding out the orders are shipped via Evri. Wouldn’t have purchased if I’d know, and unlikely to again. Would happily pay more on a delivery charge for a more reliable delivery”
