“The bag was really nice ordered it for a gift for someone’s birthday , however I paid for next day delivery , but it didn’t arrive until a day later was a bid disappointed”

“Love your stores but for first time I bought from I online , unfortunately the necklace when it arrived was broken , I contacted customer services and was asked to send picture which I did and problem resolved imidiatley , replacement arrive couple of days later , pity broken but very good service so 5 star for that , thanks”

“The website is easy to shop on, but unfortunately, the silver bracelet I purchased to match the necklace I bought last year only lasted a week before it broke! Disappointing. I can say the customer service rep was very friendly, helpful, and prompt in offering a replacement or a refund. I took the refund as I didn't want to be disappointed again or perhaps lose the bracelet completely if it snapped, as the first one did and fell from my wrist.”

“Experience on website good! Good range of dresses. Useful if they had all models wearing it normally stood up vs bent over/sat down in a pose. So we can see what it looks like. Also ratings + sizing guide would be useful.”
