I ordered this pot for my mum for Mother’s Day, and it arrived cracked; I contacted customer service, who were excellent and got a brand new one sent out for me. Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time and was also cracked. The customer service team were fantastic they gave me a refund and were so helpful but it was fustrating that both were faulty and I don’t expect this from a shop such as Oliver bonas.
