“Excellent...i really enjoyed seeing all the colourful novelties you have in your shops. And was delighted when i discovered your sales...i love my strippy top and can't wait for the spring-summer to wear it. Everyone was very helpful when it came to exchanging the size in another of your shops...a very smooth operation. OB is getting better and better! Congratulations!”

“The store assistant was fantastic. She advised there were more colours online and made the order in store on my behalf. My daughter and I really enjoyed being in the shop and seeing all of the beautiful items for sale. All purchases were packaged well and it was a genuinely a great experience from the moment we entered the store. The team in store are doing a fab job!”

“I'm pretty disappointed with my recent experience shopping online. I purchased a couple of items for my cousin's bday, and did not have the option to 'send as a gift'/ hide the prices. One of the items was also sold out - after i purchased it, and i ordered the green gift box - thinking it would have the necklace inside the box, but no. So my cousin had a box and a necklace which was kinda redundant.”
