“I purchased some items online and on pick up in store there was a mix up as I was only given one part of the order. However this was rectified by the lovely ladies who couldn’t apologise enough. I wanted to return an item of clothing as the size was too big and reorder in a smaller size. Both ladies managed to deal with this via codes and reordering the garment although it took some time (as I was running late on my lunch break ) . However I was extremely pleased with my purchases the vase and trinket box are so beautiful reminiscent of my childhood ‘retro!’ The door hanger made in fabric stands out a very pretty addition to my bathroom co ordinating with the pink & green theme. Lastly the faux leather trousers fitted perfectly in a size 10 as this garment does come up a lot bigger better to go down a size . Thankyou very happy customer.”

“Service was outstanding, Milton Keynes store did not have the trainers in my size but allowed me to try on a different Gola trainer to establish the size I needed, they then ordered them on line for me and they were delivered to my address promptly.”
