“Whilst I do like to see and try on Oliver Bonas clothes in store as the sizing is generally quite big, Have it I know roughly what sizes will fit me, I do often buy online as well. Ordering is very straightforward, and often I'll order my normal size and one or two sizes down with the intention of returning one of them. Generally returns are straight forward although I have found that if I pay using PayPal I can't return to store. In saying that I am concerned that my current return is likely to be a problem as one of the items would not allow me to put in a reason code. Everything appears to have gone through okay, and the item as well as the returns label has been sent back, but I now notice that the confirmation email does not include the item whose code was missing, So I assume they will not refund me for this so I assume they will not refund me for this, ..we shall see. I do love all of their clothes and all of their design though, It's just such a shame that a lot of their chunky cardigans and tops are made of acrylic 😖.”
