“Not great! Ordered mirror. Turned up smashed and told by customer services that I would need to dispose of it myself! The mirror was then reordered with a delivery date nearly 3 weeks later then on the day of the delivery it was cancelled by the delivery company as Oliver Bonus had not given the mirror to the delivery company to deliver! Unbelievable! Had to then chase Oliver bonus myself as no communication about the cancelled delivery. Asked for the extortionate delivery charge of £35 back which was refunded due to the above! Got the mirror in the end which is lovely but won’t be ordering furniture from Oliver Bonus again!”

“Parcel got lost through Evri, took a couple of weeks to sort but OB was very good with communication and they contacted Evri. Parcel was completely lost so I got a refund and then re ordered products.”
