“Website easy to use. Found what I was looking for by adding sunglasses in the question box. Love looking through the different departments on the website. It’s easy to order as a guest or customer with an account. Love the clothes that I buy regularly”

“I was asked to take a broken pair of earrings back to cheltenham by my daughter. The staff were amazing. They needed to order them for her and managed to some how save her paying delivery charge.”

“Delivery was quick and I was excited to receive my boots. But they were so narrow at the opening I couldn’t get my feet past the ankle! Such a shame, so had to return them.”

“In store is always a great experience, the layout and presentation is amazing and always a joy to walk around and staff are always very helpful. The website is very accessible and easy to use with everything laid out clearly and I particularly liked seeing clothes on different models as it gives a clearer idea of sizing. No complaints!”
