“Terrible. My order never arrived & after contacting them they referred me to their carrier to sort it out🤷‍♀️. I had to keep contacting Oliver Bonus to receive a refund as the carrier had lost the parcel. Terrible customer service ☹️. Will not buy from this company again.”

“I tried on a dress in the store in Chester. Unfortunately they did not have it in my size and it was sold out online. Other dresses were suggested by the really helpful assistant who took time to try and find out exactly what I wanted but my heart was set on the dress I originally tried. I kept looking on line and eventually it came back into stock. Now purchased and it is perfect”
