“For the refund, first attempt in store, a young staff insisted definitely needed physical bank card to return not accepting digital wallet Apple Pay details shown on mobile. Went home and returned another day, they accepted this time. Probably need better training, not carrying cards around anymore.”

“Not good. I ordered on 20th August for next day Evri elivery to my local Post office, here we are on MOnday 24th and still no delivery. Sort it out, i feel I should have compensation for this. Unhppy”
