“I went to the one in Bluewater and there was an amazing lady there that went above and beyond to help me when I was deciding on my graduation dress. She was so patient and lovely - listening to what I said and giving me opinions on what she thought. It was so nice and I ended up buying the dress and some jewellery that matched from there too. 1000/10 customer service. I am so grateful to her. I didnt catch her name but im sure she will know it was her. Thank you so much ! 🥰🥰”

“The store at Bluewater was well displayed and as always had a lovely range of colours for it's clothing collection, I would like to also to give a massive shout-out to the staff who helped and served us on the 04/11/25 at about 15:00. They were very helpful, kind and patient, our biggest thankyou to both the lady at the till and the lady who helped us with the clothing and accessories.”
