“I purchased this bag on line after being given a loaded OB gift card I like the bag very much, however it arrived squashed with heavy creases, which will not despite my efforts come out. I am disappointed with my on line experience with this bag.”

“Unfortunately in store I could no longer purchase the sunglasses I’d seen couple days before as they’d been sold. The shop assistant checked out back & online but sadly they were unavailable. On searching that evening I found them online and ordered them to be delivered locally to my home.”

“The Oliver Bonas experience is always a good one, the biggest problem is whittling down what to buy, I love it all. My recent experience was a pure treat as I had birthday money and bought a few items. The store was clean, bright and attractive and the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I can’t recommend OB enough.”
