“These were a replacement for some I had lost. But the package apparently got damaged and was returned to Oliver Bonas. I wasn’t notified, and it was only through ringing OB and speaking to a very helpful woman that I got the refund. Poor service from Evri and OB (excepting the woman who sorted it out for me).”
