“Ordered a top was in stock on line order confirmed. 3 days later refund given out of stock. How can this be when you’ve had confirmation of order very poor. So it wasn’t in stock then? Very disappointing”

“Frankly, I can never quite believe the quality of Great. Good images on website, ability to zoom in, all required product info, easy to complete online purchase. One thing I found surprising was the length of time my order took to arrive. In today’s almost next-day delivery world, this order took a week. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush, so not really a problem and I guess if you do need an item quickly you can pay for the express service.”
