“Oliver Bonas cannot be faulted on ease of navigating website and buying their stylish products. Purchases also arrive quickly, safely packed and as waiting customer one is kept in the communications loop re delivery times, possibility of change etc. However, I have reluctantly dropped a star only because on this occasion I disliked the earrings when I saw them in reality. They were not to my taste, which is a personal matter. They might absolutely be another person's cup of tea. I love certain resin earrings, and could see on the photos these were large, but when I saw just how large they are I had to send them back as not only did I find them aesthetically unpleasing, they would also not have suited my face. Other resin earrings I have from OB are great and I hope future ones will be again. Many thanks.”

“I bought these trousers in Manchester store when visiting my sister. I then realised I needed a different size when back home in N. Ireland. The staff in Belfast store were so helpful - I was able to return them to Belfast and then have the right size ordered for me and delivered straight to my door. Great service and I LOVE the trousers! So comfortable and a really flattering shape for my hip heavy shape.”
