“Store experience was fine but really disappointed with the blue stitchy crew neck cardi I purchased. At £65 I expected good quality but by the time I had worn it twice it was really bobbly, and due to the type of yarn, the bobbles are really difficult to remove. Customer services have so far been good and provided me with a returns label free of charge, but I haven’t received a refund yet and expect it to take a couple of weeks at least.”
