“Brilliant. I couldn’t see what I was looking for so asked at the till if I could check if it was in stock elsewhere. The girl was so lovely and said there should be stock in the store I was in, she went and looked and found them for me. I felt like it was no trouble at all and was so grateful.”

“The page always refreshes and takes you back to the very first page, which is annoying especially if you’re on say page 10. I often give up as I can’t face scrolling through all the pages again.”

“Had a wholesome experience at your London Victoria branch on Sunday just gone. A delightful sales assistant saw me checking myself out whilst I was considering whether a shirt would suit me or not. She was lovely and so easy to talk - she advised me I should size down 2 sizes (correct) and we were chatting about my weekend as I felt a little delicate and we’re having a laugh. Sorry I didn’t get the ladies name but she is an asset to your store and I hope someone sees this and gives her a little reward. It’s not often you leave a shop these days with a smile on your face.”
