“All good, as usual, except I couldn’t add batteries to my order. Kept telling me I couldn’t buy them without any refills due to postage restrictions. I had a 50 pack multi refill in my basket! Disappointed.”

“As far as a product for aiding giving up smoking goes I give it a firm 5 stars. However overall I’m scoring it 4 as the quality of the batteries. Followed instructions and ensured the charger was a 1 amp output, but have gone through several now as after a few charges the batteries dies.”

“Great easy transaction, but in the deliverys that we have had there has been a pk of Mint instead of the Menthol ones that we order and we find the mint a bit sweet and sickly, but apart from that, keep up the good work”

“For some reason, I find that 1 of the refils do not work. I've sent 6 refils back and I appreciated a 5 pack replacement. However, the same thing keeps happening and I have amassed another nine refils that don't work. I didn't have that problem with the nicotine ones. Only the zero nicotine. Otherwise I do prefer OK Vape, to other products.”

“I placed an order on the 25th November still waiting on it this doesn't happen normally it must be due to the postal strike my orders arrive in 4_6 days as a rule.”
