Hi Kate, We're sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected to get to you, it was despatched on time but we are reliant on external postal services to get our customer's orders to them quickly and efficiently. Although a majority of orders are delivered within 1-3 working days; the free Royal Mail service is not a guaranteed next day service and on occasion, especially with the current strike action, there can be delays within the Royal Mail delivery networks. Hello Dorothy, Thank you for your review, we are glad to read you are happy with your new kit :) Sorry to hear you had difficulty installing the coil. The Aspire Onixx kits do not come with the coils pre-installed because the kit includes two different coil types, 1 ohm and 0.6 ohm, which is down to user preference. This kit features a press-fit coil, so to change the coils, you simply pull the coil out and insert a new one. Detailed instructions will be in the User Manual that came with the kit :) We hope this helps and that you continue to love your kit. However, please get in touch if we can be of any assistance. “The actual order went thru as expected,with no issues ,I'm just left with a slight doubt that all the refills are as close to the same as they should be, the reason I say this is so far once outa my first order and up to now once out ov this order ,there's been no taste at all from the refill ,aost like it's labeled as E when it should be M .
