Great easy transaction, but in the deliverys that we have had there has been a pk of Mint instead of the Menthol ones that we order and we find the mint a bit sweet and sickly, but apart from that, keep up the good work

For what they are, they are expensive, with no real incentive for loyalty, but 10/10 for speedy delivery.

For some reason, I find that 1 of the refils do not work. I've sent 6 refils back and I appreciated a 5 pack replacement. However, the same thing keeps happening and I have amassed another nine refils that don't work. I didn't have that problem with the nicotine ones. Only the zero nicotine. Otherwise I do prefer OK Vape, to other products.

I placed an order on the 25th November still waiting on it this doesn't happen normally it must be due to the postal strike my orders arrive in 4_6 days as a rule.

Service has been excellent, very efficient. I did however send a return blue battery which had ceased to function soon after purchase in an envelope supplied by you. This was over a week ago and I have heard nothing. Best wishes Brian Speakman.
