“The OK vape pods were excellent value at £4.50 and satisfied my needs having needed to stop using tobacco. I’ve been using these, previously OK vape cigalike (formerly Nicocig) since 2013. Sadly the price hike to £9.00 for a packet of three pods does mean that I’ll be researching alternatives.”

Hi Simon, We have recently changed the OK pod range back to its original retail prices as introductory prices were offered throughout Spring. We are still very competitively priced with most pre-filled pods on the market priced at around £3 per pod, and our new pod refill multibuys offer prices from as little as £6 for 3 pods. “I tried OK after Niccocigs stopped being available &, whilst the taste is ok, I find that there is more of an odour than with Niccocigs. Also,I do not like the fact that there is so much writing on the barrel of the battery. Finally, why does the K2 not come with the option of an orange tip? Blue is hardly realistic.”

“I have been a customer with you for a while now. I get pretty much the same multibuy every time I order. I have no real problems with the tips ordered but I have been a tad annoyed that when I pay for next .day delivery ( that’s £3.12 extra) it’s not been arriving on the next day but on a day or so later. Now this happens with either delivery people, Royal Mail or DPD. Now that may seem a small amount to pay, but for me it’s not. Other than that , I’m sure everyone gets the odd blank or strange smelling tip, I have and I still would recommend you to anyone. Thank you Ok Vape.”

Hi Andy, We have recently changed our multibuy offers on the refills so that they no longer come with any batteries by default, but all multibuys now offer a cheaper price per pack on the refills. This was in response to customers not always wishing to receive a spare battery whilst still getting a great deal on our refills. To simplify the multibuys we now offer the option to add one battery to any multibuy at a reduced price. The multibuy that you purchased was cheaper than what you had paid previously as the price of the refills on the 50 pack has gone from £4.50 to £4.40 per pack. We do have paid delivery options that offer faster delivery times however our standard delivery service is free and shipped via Royal Mail 24 so often comes in 1-2 days.
