“It took too long to arrive”

“Ordering and delivery first class. I did think I’ve had a couple of menthol cartridges were very weak. Very hard to purchase in the shops that stock them never sell the spare batteries or know where they are on the tobacco counter where they are situated.”

“I like the cigarette shape. But a shame they cannot be bought from the dozens of vape shops all over the place.”

“As an OK Pod user, I like the design, convenience and flavours but the cost is getting prohibitive. The downsizing of refill packs from 3 to 2 - for the same price since I last purchased! - has made me consider switching. Also a little concerned about the environmental impact of their disposability and excessive packaging.”

“Very few problems other than new batteries do not last very long. Bought 4 recently they don't seem to be as good as old one's for some reason Been buying from you for year's but definitly a difference in batteries”

“Ordering and delivery always good. However, the plastic wrapping on the individual refills is always difficult to remove unless I use a pair of scissors, which I dont always have available when out and about. Maybe there is an easy method and if there is I would love to know about it.”

“I am always pleased with quick delivery. However I did order and pay from r a battery with my last order which I didn’t receive. I was also told I would receive a free battery but I didn’t receive that either”

“Ok vape is my favourite but I keep asking if they bad make a 10 or lower nicotine but havnt got back to me about it yet. I only buy mint cream because I love it, the device is smooth on the lips and just the right size. Please lower the nicotine to 10 🙏”
