I am very happy with OK Vape e-cigarettes although I haven’t used any others. Been able to hold them like a proper cigarette, I believe, helped me when I stopped smoking tobacco. The company is excellent with delivery as they arrive two days after ordering.

Still waiting on order purchased Saturday and paid for next day with dpd, it’s now Tuesday and have not received a text to say it will be delivered today, never had a problem before with delivery.

I place my order by phone very easy to do this.delivery usually takes 2 days by royal mail.tracked.only issue I have is losing the points system and price increase.shame about that. I reached gold for points then it stopped. It adds a fair bit to cost

OK vapes helped me to give up smoking 5 years ago. I ordered 2 batteries before Christmas and one of them isn't working effectively. It is disappointing as I haven't had this issue before. The other one is working fine. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very courteous and efficient. I used to get the batteries from either Asda or Morrison's but they don't stock them any longer.

Very quick delivery would have liked to have kept the points system because there’s not much incentive to buy them online now I can buy them in my local Asdas for the same price and I can only afford to buy them in small quantities, otherwise I like the personal service.

Package arrived in quick time starter kit is okay but the battery life is not great at only 180mah although it does charge reasonalby quick

Received my order, having ordered online, but the package took 24 hours longer to arrive than I was expecting. The products are fine but just a slight delay in delivery.

I can confirm it was despatched on time and collected by Royal Mail, but unfortunately due to the adverse weather, Black Friday and the lead-up to Christmas, I believe the postal services are experiencing some delays in their system. Good timing for delivery though they have reduced the 'kudos rewards' so now losing out on points for money off vouchers despite being a twice a month order

always good service,however twice now ordered innokin zenith coils 0.8 ohm and instead recieved 1.6 ohm coils

Usual great service however now the loyalty points have gone my monthly payment for my regular order has gone up £20 so I may need to start looking for alternative vapes 😭
